Every figure is shown before you decide, including what it costs to get your item back.

Step 2

Indicative quote

We compare your item against several sources and show each one, so you can check our work.

Step 3

Pick a buyback term

Choose 30, 60 or 90 days and see the exact buyback price and date.

Step 4

Inspection

We authenticate your item in person and confirm the final offer. Nothing is binding until you sign.

Questions

Before you begin

Is the quote a firm offer?

No. It is an indicative range based on the details and photos you provide. The final offer is confirmed after we inspect and authenticate the item in person.

How does buyback work?

You choose a term of 30, 60 or 90 days when you accept the quote. The buyback price and date are shown up front and set out in your agreement before you sign.

Where do the prices come from?

Each quote lists the sources it was compared against, with the item matched, the price and the date. Gold is priced from weight and purity against the gold price, then adjusted for resale.

What should I bring to the inspection?

Your NRIC or passport, the item, and any box, papers, receipts or certificates. Items with full documentation are usually valued higher.

    How much do you need?

Borrow only what you need. A smaller loan against the same item earns a lower buyback fee.
